Home tradition
Domaća apoteka is a Croatian term for a home kit of herbs, tinctures, ointments and other traditional ways of supporting everyday health. Across the Balkans it is also used more broadly as a set of home remedies.
Homemade olive oil
Our homemade olive oil is prepared for tastings, shared tables and simple dishes served during the festival. It has a natural Mediterranean character and a home-style presentation.
Own rakija
Williamovka is our own festival rakija, created for shared tables, conversations and evening celebrations. It has a home-made character, a simple recipe and a strong, recognisable serving style.
Premium vodka
Cysto Kurnwica 40% is a premium vodka from the Sakramencko Dobro Gorzołka line. It is distilled many times and filtered twice, and the producer recommends it neat or as a base for classic drinks and cocktails.

Podhale cheese
Oscypek is a traditional smoked cheese from salted sheep milk from the Tatra Mountains. It is often served with cranberry sauce, and since 2008 it has protected designation of origin in the European Union.
